Established in Singapore in 2022, Milestone Physiotherapy specialises in return to sports post-surgery and post-injury, management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, sports performance, strength and conditioning, women’s health, and lymphoedema .
Our approach to injury rehabilitation, performance, and injury prevention is one that supports the modern-day athlete from injury to play. We are equipped to see individuals at various life stages with different needs and wants.
This is built on our belief that everyone is an athlete in their own way, coping with the demands of daily life and recreational or competitive sports.

Certificate III & IV in Fitness (Australia)A licensed physiotherapist since 2012, Chun Kiat founded Milestone Physiotherapy in 2022. He specialises in high level sports physiotherapy, and tendon rehabilitation. With 12+ years of experience, he serves a diverse clientele, including athletes and those with vestibular dysfunction. His approach includes manual therapy, dry needling, shockwave, and tailored exercises. Outside work, he enjoys weightlifting and Brazilian Jiujitsu.

An Irish physiotherapist, Andrew graduated from the University of Limerick and is a member of the Singapore Physiotherapy Association. He specialises in post-spinal surgery, sports injuries, running biomechanics, and ACL rehab. He's trained in advanced dry needling and enjoys family time, football, and boxing.

She holds a clinical doctorate in physical therapy and played a crucial role in the STAR spine clinic, improving patient care. Claire also initiated the lymphedema service and is a certified Pilates instructor. She's passionate about educating performing artists on injury prevention and is a devoted mother of four.

Kate also has experience with the under-19 Singapore Cricket Team and enjoys various sports.
