We focus on return-to-sport rehabilitation post-surgery and post-injury, sports performance, strength and conditioning, and the management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our dedicated team of physiotherapists provides personalised assessments and treatment plans to help clients reach their milestones one step at a time. We have fully equipped clinic locations in both Katong and Tanglin.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Physiotherapist based primarily at our Tanglin clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualised treatment plans, continually assessing patient progress, and adjusting care as needed. You will provide hands-on therapy, targeted exercise prescription, and patient education to support clients in reaching their health and fitness objectives. This role also involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation and collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals to optimise patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage physiotherapy services across our clinic locations, ensuring consistently high standards of patient care.

  • Deliver expert assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for complex musculoskeletal, spinal, and sports-related injuries.

  • Develop and implement targeted, exercise-forward rehabilitation pathways, integrating modalities such as clinical Pilates and dry needling.

  • Monitor service quality through clinical audits, outcome reviews, and clinical governance activities.

  • Conduct and facilitate regular staff training and professional development sessions for the wider team.

  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare networks and medical partners.

  • Support strategic planning, policy development, and service expansion initiatives.

  • Champion patient engagement, community outreach, and clinical education to help drive continuous business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy recognised by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).

  • Full registration with the AHPC and holding a valid practising certificate.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience, with at least 1 to 2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or senior mentoring role.

  • Strong clinical expertise, demonstrated experience, and postgraduate training in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation.

  • Proficiency in adjunctive therapies, such as clinical Pilates and dry needling, is highly advantageous.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building strong patient rapport and achieving outstanding clinical outcomes.

  • Prior experience working in a private practice setting is preferred.
