  • It depends entirely on the circumstances and a range of factors including the severity of the condition and the individual's commitment to recovery.

  • Yes, physiotherapy is claimable under medical insurance provided it is covered in your policy. We strongly urge that you check with your insurer if a referral letter from General Practitioner/Specialist is required before you proceed to make an appointment.

  • Yes, we bill directly to the Insurance Providers listed below. Note that a Guarantee of Payment is required prior to your appointment.

  • Make an enquiry if your insurer is not listed below, and our administrative team will liaise with your Insurance Provider to see whether a valid Guarantee of Payment can be obtained. Otherwise, a pay-and-claim settlement can still be an option.

    In some cases, an insurance report from your treating therapist is required before further sessions can be billed directly.

  • A comfortable, loose clothing that does not restrict movement and allows access to the affected area.

  • Dry needling is a safe, minimally painful effective technique used to target trigger points within muscles to relieve tension and decrease pain. Patients can experience mild pain/ discomfort for 24 hours post dry needling. This is a non-chargeable service that we offer in Tanglin and Katong.

  • It may be mildly uncomfortable, but it is a non-invasive and effective method of treatment for painful tendon injuries and plantar fascia pain. It enhances blood circulation and accelerates the healing of musculoskeletal structures, tendons and ligaments. This is a non-chargeable service that we offer in Tanglin and Katong.
